Ingredients
For the filling:
½ cup Eden Orchards Cherry & Plum Juice
4 cups sliced plums
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cornflour
For the crumble topping:
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup almond flour (or whole wheat flour)
¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Prepare the filling: Toss plums with Cherry & Plum Juice, honey, cinnamon, and cornflour. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spread in the baking dish.
3. Make the crumble: Mix oats, almond flour, cinnamon, coconut oil, and honey until combined.
4. Assemble & bake: Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit and bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
