Made with our Cherry & Raspberry Juice and a smooth yogurt base, these popsicles are simple, refreshing, and a deliciously healthy twist on the classic Black Forest flavours. The best part? A decadent dip in rich, melted dark chocolate that adds the perfect finishing touch.

Ingredients:

1 cup Eden Orchards Cherry & Raspberry Juice

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (for dipping)

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, gently stir together Eden Orchards Cherry & Raspberry Juice and Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt) until smooth. Don’t over mix to keep a rippled effect.

2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about 3/4 full.

3. Freeze the popsicles for 4-6 hours or until completely set.

4. Once frozen, carefully remove the popsicles from the molds.

5. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.

6. Dip each popsicle into the melted chocolate, coating it generously.

7. Place the dipped popsicles on a parchment-lined tray and return to the freezer for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
