1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Eden Juice Limited (NZBN 9429046224194) of 127 Dunstan Road, RD 1, Alexandra 9391, New Zealand ("Eden Orchards", "we", "us"). Contact: admin@edenorchards.co.nz.

1.2 By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Information on how to enter and on the prize forms part of these Terms.

2.2 All times are New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT). For reference, NZDT is 2 hours ahead of Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), 2.5 hours ahead of South Australia (ACDT), 3 hours ahead of Queensland (AEST), 3.5 hours ahead of the Northern Territory (ACST) and 5 hours ahead of Western Australia (AWST). For example, entries close at 4:59am NZDT on Wednesday 25 November 2026, which is 2:59am AEDT (NSW, VIC, TAS, ACT), 2:29am ACDT (SA), 1:59am AEST (QLD) and 1:29am ACST (NT) on Wednesday 25 November, and 11:59pm AWST (WA) on Tuesday 24 November 2026.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over.

3.2 The following people are not eligible to enter: employees and contractors of Eden Orchards, their immediate families (spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling), and employees of any agency involved in this promotion.

4. Who can enter

4.1 This promotion is open to any person who is on the Eden Orchards email list at the time they enter. This includes people who join the email list during the promotion through our website sign-up form.

4.2 Unsubscribing from our email list after entering does not affect your eligibility.

5. How to enter

5.1 To be eligible to win, you must do both of the following:

(a) Submit the entry form during the entry period (clause 2.1). To do this, follow the link in an Eden Orchards email to the entry page, choose the flavour you are most looking forward to in the sale, and submit the form with your email address; and

(b) Place a Qualifying Order during the Qualifying Order period (clause 2.1).

5.2 The email address used on the entry form must match the email address used for the Qualifying Order.

5.3 A "Qualifying Order" is an order placed and paid for through the Eden Orchards online store at edenorchards.co.nz, for delivery in New Zealand or Australia, during the Qualifying Order period. It includes one-off orders and subscription orders (including subscription renewals). An order that is cancelled or fully refunded before the draw is not a Qualifying Order.

5.4 There is no fee to enter. Products are sold at their normal (or advertised sale) prices, and no extra charge applies because of this promotion.

5.5 The flavour choice is a vote only. There is no right or wrong answer, and it does not affect your chance of winning. The winner is decided by chance.

5.6 Submitting the entry form more than once does not give you extra entries. Each Qualifying Order you place counts as one entry in the draw (clause 7.2), so placing more than one Qualifying Order gives you more chances to win.

6. Prize

6.1 There is one prize: a refund of the winner's Qualifying Order, up to a maximum of:

• AUD $300 if the order was paid in Australian dollars; or
• NZD $300 if the order was paid in New Zealand dollars.

The refund includes GST and shipping.

6.2 If the winner placed more than one Qualifying Order in the Qualifying Order period, the refund applies to the single highest-value Qualifying Order, up to the maximum above.

6.3 If the order total is less than the maximum, the refund equals the amount paid. Any amount above the maximum is not refunded.

6.4 The total prize pool is up to AUD $300 or NZD $300, depending on the currency of the winning order.

6.5 The refund will be paid to the original payment method within 28 days of the draw (or of any redraw). The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and the winner pays nothing to receive it.

7. The draw

7.1 The draw will be conducted electronically by Eden Orchards in Auckland, New Zealand, at the time and date shown in clause 2.1.

7.2 Each Qualifying Order placed by an eligible entrant counts as one entry. Each entry will be given a number, from 1 up to the total number of eligible entries, and the winning number will be chosen using a random number generator. Each entry has an equal chance of being drawn.

7.3 Before the draw, we will check each entry against clauses 4 and 5. Ineligible entries will be removed.

8. Winner notification and claiming

8.1 The winner will be notified by email, using the email address they entered with, within 2 business days of the draw.

8.2 To claim the prize, the winner must reply to the notification email within 14 days of it being sent, confirming their name and that they are eligible.

8.3 If the winner does not claim the prize within that time, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited. A redraw will take place at 12:00pm NZDT on Monday 14 December 2026 at the place in clause 7.1, in the same way as clause 7. The redraw winner will be notified under clause 8.1 and must claim under clause 8.2. If the redraw winner does not claim the prize under clause 8.2, the prize will not be awarded and this will be announced under clause 9.2.

9. Announcing the winner

9.1 The winning entry number and the winner's first name, surname initial and state or region (e.g. "Jane S., VIC") will be published at edenorchards.co.nz/pages/win-your-order within 3 business days of the draw, for at least 7 days. The winner will also be announced in an Eden Orchards email once the prize has been claimed.

9.2 If there is no valid winner, the winner cannot be found, or the prize is not awarded, that will be published and announced in the same way.

10. Your information

10.1 We collect the information you give us on the entry form, and your order details, to run this promotion. That includes checking eligibility, contacting the winner, paying the refund and publishing and announcing the winner under clause 9.

10.2 Your flavour choice will be saved to your Eden Orchards customer profile and may be used to personalise future emails while you are on our email list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10.3 Your information is stored by our service providers, including Shopify and Klaviyo, which may hold it outside New Zealand and Australia (including in the United States). We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy at edenorchards.co.nz/policies/privacy-policy. It explains how to access or correct your information and how to make a complaint.

10.4 We will not use entrants' information for any purpose other than those described in this clause 10.

11. General

11.1 We may disqualify any entry or entrant that we reasonably believe has breached these Terms, entered fraudulently, or interfered with the promotion. We may ask the winner for proof of age and residence before awarding the prize.

11.2 We may change, suspend or cancel the promotion if something beyond our reasonable control prevents it from running as planned. This is subject to any approval required by a state or territory regulator. Any changes will be published at edenorchards.co.nz/pages/win-your-order-terms.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other law that cannot be excluded.

11.4 Questions or complaints about the promotion should be sent to admin@edenorchards.co.nz. We will respond within 5 business days and try to resolve them fairly. If a complaint is not resolved, you can contact the trade promotion regulator in your state or territory, or the relevant consumer protection agency.

11.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Entrants in Australia also have the protections of the laws of their state or territory.
