Travel Period

The Grand Prize winner may select travel dates between 14 January 2027 and 3 February 2027, subject to flight, accommodation and experience availability.

Final travel dates will be confirmed between Eden Orchards and the winner following prize acceptance.

Optional Travel Extension

The winner and guest may choose to extend their stay in New Zealand at their own expense, subject to airline approval and availability.

Any additional accommodation, flights, meals, insurance, or travel costs outside the included prize package are the responsibility of the winner.

Grand Prize Conditions

Every qualifying order will:

• Have their entries calculated and automatically entered into the prize draw.

The more you spend, the more chances you have to win:

• Spend under SGD$100: Receive 1 entry

• Spend SGD$100 - $199: Receive 3 entries

• Spend over SGD$300: Receive 12+ entries*

THE DRAW

The draw will take place at Eden Orchards' Auckland office at 180 Montgomerie Rd, Mangere, 2022, New Zealand at 10:00am NZ Time (GMT+12) on Tuesday 4th August 2026.

Winners are selected by random computerised draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw is not open to the public.

Eligibility

• Open to residents of Singapore aged 18 years or older.

• The entrant and their nominated guest must each hold a valid passport and be eligible to travel to New Zealand under New Zealand Visa requirements. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure their guest meets these requirements.

• If the nominated guest is under 18, they must travel with the consent of, and be accompanied by, a parent or legal guardian, at the winner's arrangement and expense where applicable.

• Employees, directors and contractors of Eden Orchards (Eden Juice Limited), its related companies, and their appointed agencies or travel partners involved in this promotion, and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Conditions

• Eligible purchases must be made during the promotional period via the official Eden Orchards website or through purchasing Eden Orchards products through Qutto Retailer.

• Entries are calculated based on final order value after discounts and combined across all orders placed using the same email address.

• Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible.

• Eden Orchards reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, automated (e.g. bot-generated), or otherwise made in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Prize Conditions

The Grand Prize and all Bonus Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Eden Orchards reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Verification

• Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at the time of entry, and may be asked to provide proof of identity and eligibility before the prize is released.

• If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or does not respond to reasonable further attempts to make contact, Eden Orchards reserves the right to redraw the prize.

• Any bonus prize left unclaimed after thirty (30) days of notification may also be redrawn or forfeited, at Eden Orchards' discretion.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the competition, including photography, video, and social media content.

Force Majeure

Eden Orchards will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing any part of the prize (including flights, accommodation, or the Eden Orchards experience) where this is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, pandemic, strikes, airline or supplier cancellations, or changes in government travel restrictions. Where reasonably possible, Eden Orchards will work with the winner to reschedule the affected component.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eden Orchards is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, or expense associated with the promotion or prize travel.

Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be collected, used, and disclosed only for the administration of the competition and for Eden Orchards marketing communications, in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and any other applicable privacy laws. Entrants may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting Eden Orchards using the details below.

Promotion Changes & Cancellation

Eden Orchards reserves the right, at any time and without liability, to cancel, suspend, withdraw, or amend this promotion or these Terms & Conditions if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulator.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
